I understand that things come up, but please be considerate of our time and allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling.
Please call or text your provider if you are running late. If client is more than 15 minutes late to appointment without notice the session is considered canceled.
If last minute cancellations or no shows happen a 50% charge of the service will be sent to you in an invoice. If consistently late, no shows, or late cancellations become a common occurrence, we may not be able to schedule you for future appointments.
